Pilot Blankenfelde GmbH was established in Brandenburg/Germany in 1990. The company develops, manufactures and sells electronic medical equipment. It has its own production facility in Blankenfelde. Currently there are eight staff members.
The company’s main field of activity is the development and production of evoked-response measuring instruments for diagnostic applications, in the otolaryngology sector. Production includes the assembly of printed circuit boards, installation and quality control of sub assemblies, final system assembly and testing. The core feature of the company is product development and associated expert knowledge. This is provided by an in-house staff with high scientific qualifications in hardware and software technologies and with sound knowledge of medical application in the otolaryngology sector. This knowledge and insights into specific requirements are generated by direct cooperation with medical research centers.
Our products are sold worldwide by authorized dealers. Professional customer service and technical support are guaranteed directly by our company through these dealers.

Corona
The measurement of Acoustic Brain Responses (ABR) is a basic diagnostic tool in the daily audiologic routine. ABR can be used to detect disorders from the peripheral hearing organ to the neural pathway.
Especially to meet these demanding applications in clinics and private practices the ABR device “Corona” was been developed. One or two channel versions are offered to match different requirements.
Besides standard ABR, middle latency potential (MLP) and late response measurements, methods for the frequency specific threshold determination are available, including Notched-Noise techniques, ASSR and Chirp-ABR.
Furthermore, bone conduction stimulation and VEMP-application are possible as well as other special options.
The devices are easy to use because of a user friendly handling and the availability of all necessary parameters.
Corona ~ free configurable ABR-System Stimulus rate, stimulus polarity, analysis time and other parameters can be selected. Measurement sequences can be stored and re- used for other measurements.
The universal concept allows to grade up the system with additional options at any time.
Corona Pad
The new development Active-Noise-Reduction system records also the background noise allowing the user a direct and individual adaption of the OAE measurement to the environmental noise
Advantages of the method compared with conventional OAE – methods:
