A parent can feel confused and isolated by the diagnosis of hearing loss. This is a common position to be in and it’s important to know that four in every 1000 children born in Pakistan suffer from severe to profound hearing loss essentially meaning over 100,000 babies are born with hearing insufficiency each year.
It is extremely important to test your child’s hearing and consult an expert in case you suspect your child has hearing loss.
Neubio has one simple goal: to make cochlear implants more accessible to the hearing-impaired community all around the world. Our processors combine pioneering technology that delivers pure tone and a full-spectrum sound.
How Hearing Works
The sound waves enter through the ear canal to the ear drum causing it to vibrate. This sets the osicles in the middle ear to move. When these sound vibrations reach the hair cells in cochlea, they convert into electric nerve impulses. The cochlear nerve transfers these electric nerve impulses to the brain, where they are perceived as sound.
Better Hearing Means Better Experiences
Hearing connects us to the world and enables us to experience life beyond sound. With hearing, we can lead and shape our daily lives
in amazing ways.
An off-the-ear processor that combines uncompromising audio technology and a unique design to deliver a pure and full-spectrum sound.
Bold is designed to empower people and help them reach their full potential.
The BOLD implant is an innovative electronic-free design by virtue of our uncompromising audio technology in the processor that has the following two microchips:
ClearSound: let’s you enjoy sound in all environments by reducing noise automatically.
Full-Spectrum Sound: Delivers a pure tone and makes our implants electronic-free. It generates a high-resolution carrier wave and delivers a higher fidelity signal allowing neural ganglion to naturally encode that information.
A dual off-the-ear sound processor with a long-lasting rechargeable battery and innovative technology provides a dynamic and true-to-life listening experience. ClearSound is a unique combination of complex noise reduction algorithms in a chip that automatically scans, evaluates, and adapts to provide a delightful listening experience. The Adaptive Directionality algorithm of ClearSound reduces the noise that originates from behind or side of the user. It gathers input from the auto-scanning algorithm and decides if directionality is needed.
Listening can be difficult in challenging environments like cafes, class-room etc. With the help of our cut-edge technology, the auto- scanning algorithm, Neubio’s Bold is designed to automatically evaluate and adjust to different listening situations without users needing to change sound processor settings
The auto-scanning algorithm works continuously to ensure you or your loved ones hear effortlessly everywhere and every time.
